Shipping Information

■Domestic shipping

The items will be delivered in the mailbox. The delivery status can be checked using the tracking number sent in the email after your order is placed.

Shipping date & Delivery date

We ship out within 1 business day of receiving your order and it takes 2-3 days to deliver.

This does not apply in areas where natural disasters or large-scale events are taking place. Please note that this may not be the case in areas where natural disasters or large-scale events are taking place.

Although we take great care to ensure that the outer box is not scratched or dented when packing, there is still a possibility that the product may be damaged during transport after delivery to the courier company due to some kind of problem or the courier company's responsibility.

Please understand that scratches, dents, etc. on the outer box within the range that does not interfere with the use of the item.

Oceania, Canada, Mexico, Middle East, Europe: JPY 3,150
USA: 3,900 yen
Central and South America: 3,600 yen

After placing an order, it takes 1-2 days to ship out and approximately 2~6 days for the package to arrive.

Shipping fees are added at checkout.
As soon as your order is shipped out, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

For international shipping, customers are required to pay customs duties.
Please note that we have no control over customs fees and delays.
In addition, we cannot be held responsible for any loss or delivery problems.

基本的に国内配送は、日本郵便の「クリックポスト」を利用します。
商品のお届けはポスト投函となり、配送状況は、発送メールにてお送りする追跡番号にてご確認いただけます。

配送日数について

ご注文より1営業日以内に出荷し、お届けまで2~3日となります。

自然災害や大規模な催し等が開催される地域においてはその限りではございません。予めご了承ください。

梱包の際は外箱に傷やへこみが付かないよう十分に配慮の上に出荷準備をいたしますが、配送業者に引き渡し後に輸送中に何らかのトラブルや配送業者の責任によって損傷などが発生する可能性はございます。

本体のご使用にあたって支障のない範囲の外箱の傷やへこみ等はご理解頂けますようお願い申し上げます。
